If the door is left slightly open, an auto-lock error may occur, preventing the door from locking properly.
 

How to Resolve the Error

1. Step outside and tap the keypad.

2. As you did when entering, press the two buttons that light up.

3. Enter the access code provided for your stay.
    

Once you complete these steps, the error should be cleared and the door should lock normally.
