 Catering

For those who want to relax at the house, we recommend catering at a nearby sushi restaurant. Among them, "Sushi-ya Taisho" and "Sushi Kubota" use local fish from

Suo-Oshima and the Setouchi area, and you can enjoy sushi that makes you feel the gifts from the island and the season. If you want to enjoy the seafood of the Setouchi area while relaxing at your house, it is the best way to try catering.

Sushi-ya "Taisho" offers "Umibe," a restaurant renovated in an old private house, and "on-site nigiri," nigiri made in front of you at your home or other locations.

At Umibe, you can enjoy a luxurious time in a renovated old private house while admiring the peaceful scenery of the island.

For those who prefer to relax at the inn, "business trip nigiri" is recommended. We can make nigiri in front of your eyes using ingredients from the island and ingredients that are in season.

We recommend that you make a reservation about a week in advance.

Sushi "Kubota" was started by the owner, who has trained and studied in various places in Japan, with the desire to promote the seafood of his hometown Suo Oshima. Sushi "nigiri-zushi" is made with the utmost care to bring out the best flavor of seasonal fish caught in the Setouchi island Sea. Fisherman's Fresh Fish Shop

Ukashima Market

A fresh fish and processing store started by fishermen from Ukashima, on the opposite shore from the inn. Located an 8-minute walk from the inn, a morning market is held every Sunday from 10:00 am. Even outside of Sundays, you can call the owner, Mr. Yamane, and ask him to prepare sashimi for you. The freshness of the fish is outstanding because the store is run by a fisherman on the island. It is recommended that you make your request 4 to 5 days in advance so that you can stock up on a wide variety of fish.
